I acknowledge that I live in Colorado (South of & including Boulder County) or Kansas. I understand that by becoming a member of KMC CO, I will be charged the membership fee automatically each month unless I contact the Center at ad@meditationincolorado.org at least 15 days prior to the start of the next billing cycle to cancel. I understand that a 6 month commitment is requested of me (monthly renewal is automatic unless we hear from you).  If the membership rate is increased you will be notified 30 days in advance.
I understand that enrollment as a member does not guarantee my acceptance into the Foundation Program or the Teacher Training Program. Admission to these programs is at the discretion of the Education Program Coordinator.
